B. Book Copyright: The book A Heart That Burns is protected by copyright. Bulk purchase (as defined in Section 3) grants you the right to resell the physical copies of the book, but does not transfer any rights to reproduce, digitize, or adapt the content of the book.

These terms specifically govern the process for churches and retailers submitting requests for bulk orders.
A. Order Submission: Submitting a Bulk Order Request Form constitutes an inquiry only and does not create a binding sales contract.
B. Quote and Acceptance: We will review your request and provide a customized quote including bulk pricing discounts, payment terms, and estimated shipping costs. A sales contract is only formed when:

Payment is received according to the terms specified in the quote (e.g., full payment upfront).
C. Pricing and Payment: Bulk pricing is subject to change without notice until a final quote is accepted. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice (e.g., South African Rand - ZAR) using the payment methods specified.
D. Shipping and Risk of Loss: Shipping estimates provided in the quote are approximate. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping company).
E. Returns and Exchanges (Bulk Orders): Due to the nature of bulk purchasing, all bulk sales are considered final once shipped. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, provided the damage is reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bonita Cherry, the author, and any associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
