<p>Navigating transition can be hard. It can be done well, but it can also go badly. Transition is inevitable but growth at this time is ultimately our choice.</p>

<p>I expected my fourth labour to come early and go quickly. This wasn&#8217;t quite the case. I was induced after nine hours and unable to have an epidural. But in spite the intensity it was an incredible experience and I am so in awe of my baby girl.</p>
